The former office building of the Finnish Forest Research Institute was converted for residential use in 2020. Designed by Jalmari Peltonen and built in 1938, the functionalist gem stands in a lush, historic setting in Jokiniemi, Vantaa, just one kilometre from busy Tikkurila station. The small apartments are distinguished by sleeping lofts made of CLT.
