Avarrus designed the renovation of the Kiljava Scout Centre, built in 1991. The aim was to improve the building’s functionality and bring the surrounding nature more clearly into the interior.
The large hall’s undulating suspended ceiling was made from hundreds of shaped pine boards, with LED strips recessed between them to illuminate the hall. In addition to the integrated lights, pendant lights made of pine were designed for the hall.
