Noli Studios in Sörnäinen’s “Kansa-talo” has 197 hotel rooms, while the two lowest floors provide services for the hotel and its surrounding neighbourhood. Guests are led upwards via a dramatic spiral staircase from the entrance lobby, which opens onto the busy Kurvi intersection. Every room in the tower offers impressive city views. The existing pivoting solid-oak window frames in the hotel rooms were restored and their sound insulation improved.
