Opintie viitesuunnitelma

The Opintie reference plan explores the integration of a new residential neighbourhood into the lush valley landscape adjacent to the centre of Söderkulla. The area is organised around five residential blocks, whose buildings frame a sequence of sheltered and varied courtyards alongside a public park. At the heart of the proposal are modern timber apartment buildings, an extensive park network, and a natural, pedestrian-friendly living environment shaped around stormwater features. The stream park weaves together housing, recreation, and landscape into a coherent and attractive whole, creating a close connection between everyday life and nature.
